The IMS BHU MBBS cut-off varies yearly. It further varies depending on the reservation category and admission quota (All-India/Home State) of the applicants. In 2024, the closing NEET UG rank at which MBBS admisson concluded for the General AI category candidates was 1,098. For OBC and SC category students, the NEET UG last round cutoff ranks were 1,585 and 48,082, respectively, within the All India quota. In case you are not getting your roll number in the list, and you want to check your percentile in INICET (Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test), you should go to the official AIIMS website and login by using your registration I'd and password.
After that go to
Academic Courses" and then "Results" section, and then "Percentile Secured by the Candidates of INI CET COURSES".
Now you'll be able to see your percentile.

Achieving 493 marks in NEET 2024 in Chhattisgarh SC category will likely bring success to get MBBS seat in GMC (Government Medical College) through state quota.
Last year, SC cutoff marks for Chhattisgarh state quota were in the range of 450-480 marks depending on the colleges. Possibly, GMC would have a little higher cutoff (470-490) due to demand, but it is under this or above it. With around 85% state quota seats reserved, your rank (approximately expected to be between 50,000 and 60,000) is quite in accordance with the previous trends for SC category candidates.
