Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University offers UG, PG, PhD, Diploma and Certificate courses in the streams of Medical Health & Sciences and Nursing. The admission to a majority of courses are based on entrance exams, specifically, NEET. Thereafter, to secure admission to entrance based courses without NEET is not possible. There could be a possibility of getting admission to CVAS Mannuthy (College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences), which is under Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, based on a NEET score of 445; this totally depends on the category and cutoff trends for admission.

For 2023, the general state quota cutoff was around 450-470, while SC/ST cutoffs were lower, at about 350-400. The latest cut-off information is given below for pursuing MBBS at Mahatma Gandhi University of Medical Sciences and Technology the NEET UG cutoff for the general category in 2024 ranged from a closing rank of 205398 in round 1 to 425714 in the final round.
