According to the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the candidates do not need to report to or join the allotted college in the first round of NEET counseling as there is an option of a free exit. If a seat is upgraded in the second round, the earlier allotted seat in Round one is automatically cancelled if the candidate does not attend the assigned college. You can directly apply online for the second round as soon as fresh registration for round 2 starts. In this round, if you get an upgraded seat, you can join the college allocated.

Hello, First of all, State Quota depends on two factors, where did you do your schooling and secondly, in which state you want to take admission. Every state has its own different criteria to take admission.
1- Delhi domicile rules for NEET counseling:
To be eligible for the 85 Percent state quota seats in Delhi colleges for MBBS admission, students must have passed 10+2 from any school in Delhi NCR, schools are affiliated with CBSE boards, ICSE boards, or JMI.
2- Bihar domicile rule for NEET counseling. To be eligible for the 85 percent state quota seats in Bihar for MBBS courses. A) Students whose parents are residents of Bihar or ref

Your score is too low to get admission into the government dental colleges of Kerala. You may have some chance under the home state quota if your state rank is under 40,000 in NEET state counseling in Kerala. To get a government dental college for BDS you need to score more than 350, even for a category-based exemption, according to available previous year cut-off data. In previous years, the closing NEET UG rank for most of the government colleges in Kerala was under 40,000. You may also try to get admission to some private colleges, like the Noorul Islam College of Dental Science in Aralumoodu.

It is difficult to answer accurately in the absence of your category and home state data, but you may have a chance to get admission to government medical colleges (GMC) with 590 marks. According to previous year's cutoff data for GMCs, if you belong to the general category, you need to score more than 600 marks in NEET to get admission to most colleges. If you have a category-based exemption like OBC or SC, then you may get admission with a score above 550. Still, some medical colleges can provide admission to the open category by way of a stray vacancy round with a score less than 600. For instance, you may get admission to the Atal

I think in government it's impossible, try for the private college, but there will be very less chance and the fees will be very high. You can get colleges under AYUSH course but in private. All the Best.

With 408 marks in NEET you have very few chances to get MBBS in a medical college in Karnataka, even with the state quota. This is because, due to high competition to get admission into MBBS in the OBC category, the cut-off is usually above 500 marks in NEET UG. You may have a few chances to get admission in the special round or stray vacancy round at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bengaluru. However, you may get into good dental colleges for a Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS with your score.
