This is very good marks to get in to any in to any Private Medical college to pursue your dream of MBBS. If you try counselling you can even get any government colleges for your study of MBBS degree. It will little hard but you'll get that.

129 are not the most admirable marks in NEET to get into a government college. You will definitely get admission in any other private colleges if you don't want to waste your year and work hard there.

With such marks it is not highly likely to get admission in MBBS. It'll be very difficult. If you had made your question ore specific about your category then I would give the definite answer.

The university also provides students who are intellects in specific subjects and they are covered by the scholarships provided by the Harvard itself that covers almost all expenses during the academic year.

You have a better chance of getting seats for medical courses within the rank below 15000. But the cutoff is ranginging from 10000 to 12000. Chances are there since my close friend who has a rank within 13500-13700 I don't remember exact number, he got admission through AIQ in best colleges in Kerala and is currently pursing BDS.

You will not get colleges only the basis of your caste categories. It depends on many variables like what marks have you achieved in your last NEET exam, and college cutoffs, and how many seats does that colleges have for OBC students. And even on basis of your marks and category you can speculate it through many websites like NEET UG college predictor.
