The seat intake for the MBBS programme at Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research is as follows:
- Total Seats: 150
- Management Quota: 127 seats
- NRI Quota: 23 seats
The admission to the MBBS programme is conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. 85% of the seats are for the General (Private/Management) category, and 15% are for the NRI category. While both the colleges are prioritised by students to persue MBBS from . SBMCH is definitely better due to placement records and packages, faculties in both the colleges are equally good. Admission in both the colleges are accepted through national level entrance examination - NEET UG.
