There are very less chances or no chances of this marks to get a government college in Tamilnadu. You haven't mentioned your category so I assume general category. The qualifying marks set by NTA is 601 marks and the students will get admission only if they qualify fixed cut off. Better luck with private colleges. Thanks.

Hii, To get MBBS Admission In India the candidate must pass the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) examination which is conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency).
