Era University has a high placement rate for MBBS students. Almost 70% of the students got placed from Era University and Era Medical College, Lucknow. However, Era's Lucknow Medical College and Hospital does not offer any guaranteed placements. The university has a dedicated placement cell that helps students find internships, part-time and full-time jobs. Companies like Apollo Hospital visit the campus for placements.
