Admission to MBBS at KGMU is done via NEET UG scores. To apply for MBBS course at KGMU, aspirants must go through the application process of NEET UG. The applicants must register, fill out the application form, upload all the scanned images for required documents and make payment of the application fee. The NTA increased the NEET 2023 application fee by INR 100 for all categories and INR 1,000 for selecting exam cities outside India. The category-wise NEET UG registration fee is tabulated below:

In order to get admission to MBBS at KGMU, there is minimum eligibility criteria for this course. Those who are willing to get admission to MBBS must pass Class 12 with minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects for General category candidates. However, there is a five percent relaxation for reserved category candidates. Candidates from PWD category are required to get 45% and SC/ ST candidates must get minmum of 40% aggregate.
