The Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 576 and closing rank was 579. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in AIIMS Bhopal is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For 2022, cut off was 579 for General category candidates in All India quota for MBBS in AIIMS Bhopal. NEET cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

If category is general then it is hard to get a government medical college. According to trend for general category students to secure a govt seat should atleast score more than 600

Presently, KGMU offers admission to MBBS course on 250 seats. Candidates are selected based on a valid rank obtained in NEET UG entrance exam. At KGMU, all the seats are filled with UP state NEET UG counselling process, which is conducted by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) particularly for the state colleges of KGMU.
