Hi,
Yes it's high possibility to get admission in Maharashtra
Yes, you have scored good marks in NEET so you can get a seat in government college.
Getting admission to government medical colleges with 500 marks in NEET seems difficult. As per the NEET 2022, the cut-off for government medical colleges was 600 for admission to MBBS course.

Hi
Nursing. The eligibility criteria and admission process may vary from state to state and college to college. However, a score of 240 in NEET and 91% in 12th is a good academic record and can increase your chances of getting admission to a government college for B.Sc. Nursing.
Can I get a private MBBS with 250 marks? It depends on when and where you are applying to a college but in general you can get private MBBS with 250 marks in state quota as well as in all India quota.
Now, Assuming you are from general category, 242 is not good enough marks for securing seats in a good MBBS or BDS college.
