The National Testing Agency (NTA) has not released the minimum qualifying marks for NEET 2024 yet. However, based on the minimum qualifying marks for previous years, it is unlikely that you will be able to qualify for NEET 2024 with 142 marks. The minimum qualifying marks for NEET 2023 were 130 for general category students and 100 for SC/ST students. In order to qualify for NEET, you will need to score more than the minimum qualifying marks and also rank within the top 15 Lacs students who have appeared for the exam.
If you are serious about pursuing a career in medicine, you should focus on improving your grades and preparing for NEET
