Yes, you can get admission in other states through All India Quota. All the medical colleges have a system of reservation of 25% of their total seats for the students of other states. These seats are filled up through All India NEET ranks. So, if you get a high merit, you can join through 25% Quota. All the best.

Hi,Chances are very low with this score. As the NEET paper was relatively easy this year. Better if you wait for the results declaration. After that colleges can be predicted. Although, you can get seats in private medical colleges of Bangalore with this score. Best of luck.

You will not get MBBS seat in any government college of India. But, you may get admission in various private colleges in MBBS.

In India, for any super speciality, MBBS is a must. There is no bridge course.

As you know, this year NEET paper was relatively easy. So, the cut-off will increase for every course. Although, it is difficult for you to get BDS in Kalinga Institute of Medical Sciences, but I would suggest you go and give a try and apply for this college.
