LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Yes, you do require a domicile, even though you have done all your basic education in Maharashtra. It will take only 10 to 15 days. You can approach an agent, but they will charge around Rs.6000. It is better to do it yourself and everything will get over within Rs.50 to Rs.100.

Hello Vaibhav,
If your father is a resident of Mumbai and staying in Mumbai for a certain number of years he would be deemed to be domicile of Maharashtra. As a result of this, you also could be considered as a domicile of Maharashtra and can seek admission, as a Maharashtra candidate for any of the engineering colleges situated within the state. However, to be more precise and confirmatory I would advise you to see the website of directorate of technical education of the Maharashtra government where in the eligibility and domicile conditions are given out in detail. Hello! Yes, you are eligible to appear for CET and pursue MBA provided you have scored at least 50% marks in graduation. The cutoff for JBIMS is generally around 99.85 percentile and above.

If you are not a Maharashtra domicile student then also you can apply for MHCET and give some other exam. There is all India quota through which you can get in there.

A minimum of 50% required for MBA admission. So, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the MBA programme. If you want to take an entrance, there is no benefit of that particular exam.
