In the MH CET Law counselling process, candidates are given two options after the seat allotment: Freeze and Float. These options allow candidates to decide whether they want to accept the allotted seat or keep their options open for further rounds of counselling.

Freeze Option:

The Freeze option allows candidates to lock in their current seat allotment and not participate in subsequent rounds of counselling. This option is beneficial for candidates who are satisfied with their current seat allotment and do not wish to risk losing it.

If you are not satisfied with your seat allotment through the MH CET Law Counselling, you can either participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling. You also have the option to withdraw from counselling. You will have to pay a withdrawal fee.

The MH CET Law merit list is a list of candidates who have been shortlisted for counseling based on their rank in the MH CET Law entrance exam. The merit list is prepared separately for MS (Maharashtra State), OMS (Other State / Outside Maharashtra State) candidates, Jammu & Kashmir Candidates and INR, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS) or All India category candidature type, Foreign Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRI) / Overseas Indian Citizen (OIC) / Person of Indian Origin (PIO) candidates. Candidates cannot raise objections against the merit list.
