There are various hospitals & corporate labs (Ranbaxy, DR. Reddy, Himalayas, Patanjali etc.) always open to hire the candidates. I think with Zoology you will not be able to get Microbiology admissions. As most of the universities have eligibility of Biological Science and Applied Medical Science or Medical Science and Allied Medical or Agriculture or Biosciences or Food Science or Medical Lab. Technology or Life Sciences or Veterinary Microbiology & Parasitology or Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health & Allied Sciences or Plant Science) or equivalent etc.

For B.Sc microbiology course, the placements are less as compared to the other course offered by Graphic Era University. 3-year course of B.Sc microbiology is there in Graphic Era University.
