Since you have done the work in management sector then it is better to choose MBA which leads you to a good future because you are entering into MBA with experience and it will help you to get good opportunities in many sectors based on your performance in the course you will take in MBA and also you can earn money very quickly after completion of your post graduation. If you have done BSc in microbiology then you must go for MSc and PhD. to enter into the field of research. Otherwise after MSc. you can prepare for UGC Net or CSIR NET exam which gives opportunities for Junior Research Fellowship and by clearing these exams you can get into research field. For CSIR you must have to do MSc and then only you are eligible for JRF.
