The cutoff marks depends on the students candidate category and the student should pass 12 grade with the 50 percentage at least to the general kota.for other special category they need 45 percent for the eligibility criteria.

For 2024-2025 M.Sc. in Applied Microbiology, VIT Vellore has not yet made a declaration as to when it will begin. However, classes normally commence in the first week of July according to the timeline of the previous year. For instance, the last date for paying the tuition fees in the session 2023-2024 was July 1, 2024, and classes started soon after.
