Modern College of Engineering's Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a 2 years course offered at the PG level. To be eligible for this course, students must have 50.0% in graduation.

Modern College of Engineering offers a 4 years B.E. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning course at the UG level. Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Engineering (MCOE) has a dedicated placement cell that works towards providing students with the best possible job opportunities

About 75% of students from this course got placed, In 2023, the median salary for the B.E. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning program was INR 4.50 Lakh. the highest Placement Package was INR 19 LPA and Average Placement Package was INR 8 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Infosys, and several Japanese companies visit colleges for placements. About 80% of students got an internship opportunity in several companies.
