Yes, Modern Education Society's College of Engineering is considered a good college for engineering

Modern Education Society’s College of Engineering (MESCE) falls into the Second Tier college or institution that mainly operates in offering engineering courses in India. Though it does not figure in national list along with the new generation IITs and NITs etc. but is popular and acclaimed in the Maharashtra for its sound academic reputation and corporate linkages. Both Modern Education Society’s College of Engineering (MESCE) and Jayawantrao Sawant College of Engineering (JSCOE) have a good record for placement and their percentages do vary. MESCE, in particular, has high placement rates in areas of specializations such as Computer Science as well as Mechanical Engineering with companies known to be frequent recruiter of MESCE students. Modern Education Society’s College of Engineering (MESCE) have a fee refund policy which normally provide for rebate fee refund on certain circumstances. When a student has withdrawn from the course, before a year commences, they can get their full refunds, less some charges in most instances. In case of withdrawal after the session has started the amount that will be refunded to the client may be different depending on the time the client withdraws and the reason they have to withdraw.
