You can pursue your Masters in Germany after a 3 year degree, nothing to worry on that front. Very good academic standing is required. Management programs also require GMAT in general. Just look around admission requirements on university websites.

Narsee Monji only gives B.Com (Hons) for that you need maths as subject in class 12th. The application forms will start by end of February. The last date to apply is 29 April 2019.
