Dear Aprajita,
Firstly, you cannot skip your 2 years of college education for getting graduation from distance education form Mumbai university. You first complete your college and then you can get admission for any graduation course from distance education in Mumbai.

If you want to take a graduation degree you have to give minimum three years of time!
Otherwise you can take a Diploma course!

Do you want to study abroad or work abroad after studying in India? For the latter part, I would suggest complete your PG by either M.Des or MBA. Both have a good demand in foreign nations. Also give IELTS or TOEFL exam and check colleges that will give you admission based on your score for studying abroad.

Admission is done through the counselling conducted by National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology based on the rank obtained in the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Exam (NCHMCT JEE).
