Yes, it is possible. Academics is always formal schooling. Correspondence does not come under formal schooling. Specific universities based on entrance test or TOEFL may consider. This will vary from one university to another. You have to liaison with the overseas university which you are aiming.

If you want to do LLB then please don't go for distance mode otherwise you will not be eligible for the membership in the Bar Council of India.

You can either choose to opt for executive MBA programme which specifically targets corporate employees which can include all executive and managers and managers. Karnataka State Open University is a recognised University of Distance Education Council (DEC), New Delhi, regular member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Delhi, permanent member of Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU), London, UK, Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU), Beijing, China, and also has association with Commonwealth of Learning (COL).
They have not mentioned anything for Bar Council in Mumbai.

Both of them are good colleges, I don't know about KC College but since I am from VIPS I know that the facilities here are really good and regarding academics the faculties are very supportive and helpful.
