You can do Diploma in Culinary Arts and grow your experience with knifes, cutting of vegetables and all necessary basics and then specialise in your choice of kitchen like Indian, Italian, Pastry, Chinese, etc. Culinary is an ocean and you need to catch the right fish (cuisine) to sustain. A very great choice and you need to be enough passionate to sustain. There are enough craft courses and special courses for culinary.

IIM IPM is always scheduled between 12th to 16th May, so either join a local Time institute nearby for doubt clearing and help, or you can study with internet by solving Mock papers of previous year IPM paper.
