But, if you are looking for MCA from Maharashtra, then Pune is best city for Master's in Computer Application, because as compared to the institutes and Colleges in Mumbai, Pune has better quality of Education for Computer Application programs. College change or university change after the first year is completely dependent on college and university norms, some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details, contact the college authorities.
