But, there are many courses where 12th marks are not so important, admissions are based on entrance exams. Since you have not mentioned your choice of subject. Yes, you are eligible because the criteria is PCB with 55% aggregate. Some universities offer direct admission when other prefer to take entrance test. Some good universities are Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sharda University etc.
