Generally, most of the states are conducting their own entrance exams for admission in engineering colleges. As far as Mumbai is concerned, you have to appear for MHT-CET exam to get admission in any of the cities of Maharashtra.

Dear Divyank, in that case I just wanna say two things: 1) Only Noida campus is best, better, reputable, costly as compared to Mumbai campus and the second thing is 2) Why are you looking for dual degree? After 5 year you will b placed with B.Tech students not M.Tech. I m giving you an example: One of my friends did dual degree of B.Tech+ M.Tech in ECE. After 5 year he was placed with B.Tech students (same salary, designation, company as of B.Tech student) despite he did M.Tech too. So dear Divyank, kindly be extremely sure about your value and placement after this dual degree.
Good Luck! !
