University or college change completely depends on the university or college, some universities allow and some won't plus your first year marks should be good for the same, contact the concerned authorities for detailed information.

University of Mysore is one of the good universities in south India and it received 12 LPA as highest package last year. Therefore, you can choose it. Apart from that if you are able to get good score in CAT then you can go for IIMs.
