For getting admission to the BTech in Nanotechnology course at popular colleges, you should start by checking their eligibility criteria and making sure you meet the same. Usually, the minimum B Tech Nanotechnology eligibility is getting 50 to 60% marks in Class 12 board exams.

After the BTech Nanotechnology exam results are out, you need to apply online for the college counselling. You need to upload all the necessary documents and pay the counselling fee. You will then receive a confirmation from the college authorities.
Further, you need to log in to the respective counselling portal and choose your colleges for admission. Then, seats will be allotted on the basis of your rank and score in the entrance exam. There is no such strict age requirement for studying courses in Nanotechnology at the best colleges in India. But, it is usually noticed that students are between 18 years and 24 years of age at the time of taking admission to UG courses. Meanwhile, for PG courses, they fall in the age category of 23 to 27 years.

Here's the list of some important documents that you must carry with you during the admission process for the BTech Nanotechnology course:

The Nanotechnology course duration is different depending on the course level. For a Diploma in Nanotechnology, you have to invest 3 years. If you are studying a UG course in Nanotechnology, it will span 8 semesters that will take up to 4 years to complete.
