Living on campus offers closer proximity to B-school resource. On-campus hall rooms are fully air-conditioned and come furnished with beds, desks and wardrobes. The cost of a single en-suite room is S$735 per month and a double en-suite room is S$562 per month which is cheaper than off campus housing rents. On campus housing students get to spend more time with other international students and they also get security 24/7

Living off campus offers students a bit more flexibility such with regards to independence and money management. The rent for apartments near NBS ranges between S$1,500 and S$3,000 per month.
