National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (NIMS) Jaipur falls in the category of Tier 2 for medical institutes in India.

No, one can not get directly admitted to NIMS, National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research in Jaipur. Admission at NIMS is strictly on the basis of the NEET score.
