Yes, Naturopathy graduates can pursue further studies in fields related to Physiotherapy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy, or other Alternative Medicine courses.

More courses or certifications/bridge courses may be required based on the program, but this is a flexible option for graduates to expand their career options and gain expertise in complementary health systems.

Yes, candidates who meet the eligibility requirements are free to seek to study Naturopathy at both private and governmental schools.
While private institutions usually provide flexible admission policies and extra amenities, government universities could have lower tuition and reservation restrictions. Applying to several universities improves selection chances and enables applicants to pick the best fit for their career aspirations.

Admission criteria to Naturopathy programs are different from one college to another. Some colleges offer admission based on merit with 10+2 Science marks or other student transcripts, while other colleges use merit admission that requires a score from an entrance test provided by a university or state.

Students should check each college's admission expectations carefully, as some colleges will use a combination of merit and test scores, especially for additional ranking.  Government colleges primarily offer admission based on merit tests whereas private colleges place more emphasis on entrance test marks.

Yes, practical training is required in courses on Naturopathy. Students participate in clinical internships in Naturopathy hospitals, wellness centres and therapy clinics.

Practicum provides a space for students to apply their therapies such as hydrotherapy, massage and dietary advice, in a supportive environment with practical exposure prior to practicing independently. Practicum training also assists future practitioners to gain patient interaction and clinical judgement.
