So, you can visit the official websites of the colleges. If you are interested in to know when the forms will be released. After that you have to prepare for entrance exam depending on the college you want to take admission in. After qualifying the entrance exam, you have to qualify a personal interview. And, you will get admission for Nautical Science.

Hello Swapnil, Yes, of course you can. But, perhaps very few institutions will give you credit for already completed Diploma. I am afraid that you will have to start from first year again of the new course. Best wishes to you for this new Diploma.

Since complete details are not furnished, (for B.Tech) the eligibility of the course is that the candidate should have passed in 10+2 with Science stream in any recognised board.

Please mention the institute name for better assistance, as fees may vary from government to private institutes. B.Sc (nautical Science) fees will be definitely higher as to fees of Diploma in nautical Science.
