NMIMS Navi Mumbai offers its own hostel facility for the students. The hostel fees is INR 2,60,000 for both boys and girls for 10 months along with a refundable security deposit of INR 10,000. NMIMS, being a private deemed-to-be university, there are no reservations based on caste, religious minority or economic background as of now.  However, it has only two reservation policies which are as follows:
