Dear Mukesh,
Yes, the average salary is for annual basis i.e., Rs.5 lakhs per annum and the highest package is Rs.10 lakhs per annum.
Also the the placement at NDIM has been consistently ranked amongst top 20 B-Schools in India for 3 years in succession by AIMA, Business Standard & Business World. A total of 320+ companies offered placements to 390+ students of PGDM 2014-16 Batch; some of the recruiters were ABP News, Aditya Birla Group, American Express, Ameriprise, Asian Paints, Avon, Axis Bank, Bajaj Electricals, Baush&Lomb, Berger Paints, Bharti Paint, Bridgestone, Capital First, Castrol, Citi Bank, CNFC Media, Café Coffee Day, Copa

Thanks for your interest in enquiring about our campus New Delhi Institute of Management.
For taking admission you need to appear in CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/others and after that can apply online through the college site i.e., http://www.ndimdelhi.org/
You need to fill in the application form and a hard copy of the Prospectus will be sent you through mail and schedule for interview will be informed to you.
And for more you may directly visit the college or contact on the registered no.

Both streams have exposures and its own importance in the market and both requires good communication skill,execution,efficiency the only difference is the sector is different.both have good exposures depends on ur interest.if u want more info google the differences between marketing and HR.all the best!!
