With 159 marks, 1,192,613 AIR, and category rank 529,361 in NEET, there are slim chances of getting a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) seat in a government college. But there are chances you can get into a private dental college through state counseling or management quota, as cutoffs there are less.

With 549 marks in NEET, you have a good opportunity to get an MBBS seat in a government medical college if you are from an OBC, SC, or ST category. For general category students, opportunities are state-dependent based on varying cutoffs. You can get admitted through All India Quota (AIQ) counseling and state counseling, where cutoffs could be lower in certain states. If not a government seat, you stand good chances in private medical colleges at moderate fees. Even deemed universities and state quota seats in lower-cutoff states can be thought of for improved admission chances.

Your NEET score of 219 and AIR of 897826 make an MBBS seat in a government college impossible. But for a BDS seat, you can try in private dental colleges in the state counseling or management quota. Even so, in government colleges it may be difficult to get admitted with higher marks being the deciding factor.

Having 155 marks in NEET and being an SC candidate, admission to MBBS or BDS in a government medical college is unlikely because of very high cutoffs. But you can have chances in private colleges or for courses like BAMS (Ayurveda), BHMS (Homeopathy), BUMS (Unani), or BPT (Physiotherapy) in some private or deemed universities. You can also try paramedical courses like B.Sc. Nursing, Medical Lab Technology (MLT), or Radiology, which have lower cut-offs. State counseling and considering private institutions with reserved seats can improve your prospects of getting admission in a medical-related field.
