Your marks are good, as well, but the minimum rank to get AIIMS is different in each category. For example, general, OBc, SC, and ST have different minimum ranks. As I know I'm telling you, the last rank in the general category all over India to get AIIMS is 3654. In the SC category to get AIIMS, the lowest rank is 67906.

Sorry to say but the 280 marks are not enough to get a BAMS government college through NEET. You have to score to more to get your desired collage. Because the BAMS government collage's tentative cut off is 410+ for open category and the 280 is not enough for this college and also you have to score 355 to 400 marks in NEET to get any government college any means any of them which comes under the NEET Not your desired one. Keep it up you I'm sure get your desired collage.

You can find admission into government as well as private medical colleges with 317 AIR, 572491 category rank, 65299 AIR in NEET, and 75.41 EWS percentile. The tuition fee you'd pay also depends with your EWS category rank and colleges you could attend include Lady Hardinge Medical College New Delhi on an EWS fee of INR 2,400/yr or Government Medical College Chandigarh at INR 20,000/yr. Several other possibilities include private medical colleges: Kasturba Medical College, Manipal - INR 14,40,000 per year; Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research New Delhi - INR 11,75 000 per year.

Scored 121 in NEET, from ST category, to get into a medical college, the number of options are very few. In NEET exam conducted in the year 2022, cutoff marks of ST category for admission to first government college will be 137 and for first private college will be 107. But, cutoff marks differ from state to state and college to college. Based on your score you may be able to get admission in few private medical college/ deemed universities which charge higher fees from INR 600000 pa to INR 2500000 pa. You may get through a government college for MBBS or BDS in Uttar Pradesh with 462 NEET-UG 2024 update and marks and category rank 125740. If you are an OBC-NCL candidate, then you shall be in for the seats offered for other backward castes. For instance, the cutoff mark of OBC-NCL candidates in becoming government medical college in UP is about 500- 550. Nevertheless, some establishments may set a lower cut off point. Once you get to score 617 marks in NEET you can easily get into the government medical college. As per the NEET cutoff 2022, the candidate having 617 marks can get All India Rank between 30000 to 40000. According to this rank, you could get admission in government medical universities in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Punjab etc. Some possible colleges to consider are Grant Medical College, Mumbai (cutoff: Self-financing medical colleges are B.J. Of course, with NEET score of 376 and All India Rank of 429898, your probabilities of getting enrolled in any of the government colleges for Bsc Nursing in Rajasthan or any of the BAMS government college in All India can be described as unpredictable to say the least. You didn't mention your home state but you scored 292 in NEET and comes under SC category You have reasonable chances to get a college for MBBS. From the NEET counselling of 2022 the cutoffs for SC category were in the range of 260 – 300 for government college. They do not exceed this range of score, and your score is included in this bracket. Around 90,000 MBBS seats are available in India of which about 15 percent are filled under the SC quota.
