Hello,
Uptill now, there is no change in NEET Eligibility.
For upcoming session 2020 candidates must keep in mind that
Qualifying exam- 12th or equivalent exam
Required minimum age- 17 years on 31 dec 2020. For general candidate max age is 25 years only. Other categories are benefited with 5 years relaxation. Candidate must secure the required minimum qualifying marks which is GEN- 50%, PWD-45% and for others it is 40%
There is no cap of attempts for the examination provided the candidates satisfies other eligibility. Along with Indian Nations, NRIs, OCIs, PIOs and foreign nationals are also eligible to appear for the exam.

You need to have Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology and English, as mandatory subject in class 12th. You need to have minimum 50% marks in class 12th. Also, your age should be above 17 years.

AS I see your interest in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 450 under AIQ & 430 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.
There are only 60k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qoutal.
