If you want to appear in NEET 2018 Exam, then you must register yourself for the exam first.
You can fill your NEET Online Application Form here:

You can apply for the exam on or before 09th March 2018.
NEET 2018 Exam will be on 06th May 2018. So, prepare yourself well for the exam.

According to this criteria, a student must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as his main subjects in the 12th Board. Other than that, apart from English, he/she can take other optional subjects of their will.

Eligibility for the NEET exam:
Earlier, CBSE had said that the number of attempts a candidate can avail at NEET is limited to three and candidates who had already exhausted their three attempts will not be eligible to appear in NEET 2017. However, as per a new notification released on February 3, 2017, CBSE has rolled back a limitation of three attempts and the examination taken in 2017 will be treated as the first attempt irrespective of previous attempts.
