Hi Adeel,
490 marks in NEET are bit low to get a government college seat in India. You might get seat in your state government college with this score but these are still quite low. You need to score at least 550 and above marks to get a government seat.

Hi Surbhi, Admission to Lady hardinge college requires high marks and you must get atlest 650-700 marks as this college is one of the top institutes in India. In boards, you should at least score 75% marks. Good luck.

This year more than 11 Lacs aspirants have appeared for NEET 2017. Approximately 63,000 medical seats are there all over India. Expected cutoff for general category can be more between 380 to 430 or higher. Your score though good might fall short to get admission to government colleges. To pursue MBBS, fees varies from college to college. Generally, government colleges fess is upto INR. 1 Lacs to 2 Lacs per year.

As per NEET cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to your category are required to score at least 119 marks (out of 720) in order to qualify NEET 2019, while OBC/SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 96 marks to qualify.

You need 50% marks in PCB (practicals+theory) in your board exams to be eligible for NEET. During admissions, if two students profile clashes (everything is same i.e. age, marks in the individual subject in NEET, category, etc., then your board marks are considered for admissions.
