Yes, it is possible to get admission to CMC Vellore with 60 rank in NEET if you belong to the General Home State category. The last round closing rank for CMC Vellore among the General HS category candidates was 84. CMC Vellore NEET cutoff 2024 was released for reserved and unreserved categories belonging to the Home State quota. 

Among the OBC HS category candidates, the cutoff rank was closed at 35 in the last round. Therefore, it is possible to get admission at 60 rank for the OBC HS category candidates. For the SC HS category, the cutoff was closed at 4404 rank. Thus, for the SC HS category candidates, admission at 60 rank is not possible. 

The NEET and CUET UG are two most competitive undergraduate entrance exams. NEET UG is conducted for admission to medical, dental, nursing and allied courses, CUET UG is the gateway to multiple bachelor's degree courses offered at multiple universities across India. Physics and Chemistry are common subjects, and Mathematics and Biology are covered in JEE Main and NEET respectively. The focus on Mathematics and computational ability of candidates is more in the JEE Main exam, whereas in NEET, the Biology subject carries the highest weightage. On the other hand, the difficulty level of the Physics questions are higher in JEE Main than NEET as according to experts, they are trickier in the former as compared to the latter.
