CMC Vellore offers admission to the UG and PG courses on the basis of various exams such as NEET, Tamil Nadu NEET PG, Tamil Nadu PG medical. To get admission to CMC Vellore for MBBS through NEET was 84 in the last round, for the General Home State category candidates. 

CMC Vellore Tamil Nadu PG medical cutoff 2024 was ranged between 96 and 4068 among the General HS category candidates, in the last round. 

For admission to the college through Tamil Nadu NEET PG, the closing cutoff ranks was 84 for the General HS category candidates, in the last round.

Yes, it is possible to get admission to CMC Vellore with 60 rank in NEET if you belong to the General Home State category. The last round closing rank for CMC Vellore among the General HS category candidates was 84. CMC Vellore NEET cutoff 2024 was released for reserved and unreserved categories belonging to the Home State quota. 

Among the OBC HS category candidates, the cutoff rank was closed at 35 in the last round. Therefore, it is possible to get admission at 60 rank for the OBC HS category candidates. For the SC HS category, the cutoff was closed at 4404 rank. Thus, for the SC HS category candidates, admission at 60

While the level of the NEET and JEE Main is same, as both the exams are of undergraduate level and the syllabus is that of Class 11 and Class 12, the difficulty level of JEE Main is higher than that of NEET. Although both the exams are tough and highly competitive in their own rights, the exam pattern and syllabus are different. KJ Somaiya Medical College cutoff 2025 has not been released. However, the admission to the MBBS course is based on the NEET cutoff. Candidates seeking admission to KJ Somaiya Medical College must appear for NEET and also meet the NEET cutoff for the MBBS. As per the available information on the official website, the selection of the candidates for the MBBS programme is based on the scores obtained by the candidates in the accepted entrance exam. The KJ Somaiya Medical College MBBS admission depends on applicants' scores obtained in the NEET (UG) exam. However, they must appear for the NEET UG exam to be eligible for the MBBS programme.

If you have applied for round 2, and did not get any update, there is no problem. You will retain your first-round allotted college. As per the latest NEET UG rules, you cannot upgrade after round 2. You have to go for the mop-up round, where you have to re-register yourself and hope for an upgraded college. But, there is one demerit that if you did not get any college in this round, you will lose the round 1 allotted college also. So, make a decision wisely.
