For Army College of Dental Sciences, the NEET cutoff marks in 2023 were different for each category.
- General/EWS: Around 520-550 marks (approx. 97-99 percentile)
- OBC/SC/ST: Lower, typically 250-400 marks (varies yearly)
Important Notes:
1. ACDS follows strict NEET-based admission (no management quota).
2. Cutoffs change yearly based on competition (2023 saw higher scores).

You can re-attempt your HSC exams in 2025 and appear for NEET 2025, provided you pass with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects and meet the required marks criteria (50% for general category). You can register as a private candidate or through your board, but you must ensure that your HSC results are declared before NEET 2025, expected around May. There are no age or attempt limits now, as long as you are 17 years old by December 31, 2025.

With 560 marks and belonging to the SC category in NEET 2024, getting into AIIMS is a possibility, though AIIMS Delhi might be tough. Your All India Rank is crucial. Check the MCC counselling schedule and participate. Carefully fill your choices, considering newer AIIMS as well. Previous year's SC category cut-offs for various AIIMS show that many have closing ranks below what your score might fetch. Keep an eye on all counselling rounds for potential opportunities. Good luck!
