NEET Cutoff for BHMS 2022 Highlights
The NEET passing range for 2021 was 121-108 for PwD (Reserved) candidates, 137-122 for PwD (General/your) participants, 720-138 for general category students, and 137-108 for OBC/SC/ST candidates. Yes you are eligible to get private colleges for BHMS.

First of all, you have not provided proper information like Domicile, All India Rank, and state rank so it is difficult to predict the exact medical college names. According to your marks, your all-India rank is under 60,000. However, you may get these government colleges for MBBS courses in Uttar Pradesh. The list of College is-
1- Saifai Medical College, Etawah, Uttar Pradesh.
2- Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences, Vibhuti Hand, Lucknow.
3- Moti Lal Nehru Medical College, Prayagraj, Allahabad. I hope this will help you.

There are so many college in Maharashtra and according to past few years you got the chance for admission in MBBS by PWD category.

No, you can not get admission into a government college for BHMS in Maharashtra (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) with 162 marks. However, you can not get a seat even if you belong to specific category quotas. In the year 2021, most government colleges had cutoff scores for the Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery course that were more than 250 marks. Even for BHMS private colleges, the cutoff score was higher than 200 marks. You can get college in Kharghar, Maharashtra but only for the BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) course and not the BHM With this score, you may get admission into Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medica

According to the information you have given, your rank is more than 4,50,000. You have less chance of getting admission into a government college, but you can try these government colleges for an MBBS course. You may get admission into these government colleges. There is a list of government colleges offering MBBS programs.
1- DMIMSU-Data Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences
2- SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Center
Also, you can try these private colleges for the MBBS course. A list of private colleges is
1- Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre
