With a NEET UG score of 610 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 52,468 as an SC category candidate, you have a good chance of getting a seat in government medical colleges. In past years, SC candidates have been admitted with scores between 550 and 575. Cutoffs change every year depending on exam difficulty and availability of seats. To get accurate information, check the official websites of counseling authorities and attend the counseling process.

Depending on the category you're applying under (General, OBC ) you may be able to get a place in a government or semi-government medical institution if you have a Gujarati domicile and a NEET UG score of 475.

The following are a few possible government and semi-government college possibilities in Gujarat:

Ahmedabad's Baroda Government Medical College, Surat Government Medical College and others
Rajkot's Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Medical College and Sola, Ahmedabad's GMERS Medical College
Your score may fall inside the range for some of these universities particularly those with state quotas, as they have different cutoffs.

I have secured 84 percentile when appeared for my NEET examination in 2019 where the top mark is 701 and only one person have scored above 700. Even at that time, I couldn't get any of the government medical colleges. Besides, now in 2023, the competition has increased and almost 145 students have scored above 700. Your cutoff depends upon the first mark and the number of ranks before your rank. Concluding that, it is absolutely not a good score and you couldn't get any of the government medical colleges .Also, in my opinion it is not good to spend a lot of money for donation for joining in private medical
