Hi Wasim, your admission depends on a few factors:
-Whether you're from Delhi or outside Delhi
-Your rank
According to your rank, if you are from outside Delhi, then there is no way for you to get admission in NSUT because applicants from outside Delhi need to have higher ranks to be selected. Even if you are from Delhi, admission does not seem possible because the closing ranks are supposed to be 24752. I wish you all the best.

Yes, you are eligible for the admission in DTU.
As per their official guidelines:
“Candidates passing the qualifying exam through Patrachar Vidyalaya, Delhi/National Institute of Open School, Delhi (NIOS), their region would be considered according to the location of the exam centre.”

Both the reputable universities in Delhi, Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT) and Delhi Technological University (DTU) - University School of Management and Entrepreneurship (USME), provide MBA programs. The decision between the two is done by a number of variables including individual preferences.
Factors including faculty and curriculum, infrastructure and facilities, placements and alumni networks, campus life and extracurricular activities, cost schedule, etc.

With this rank it is very difficult to get good branch in these engineering colleges although you have state quota.

DTU is generally considered to have a slightly higher ranking and recognition.DTU and NSUT have good placement records in the CSE domain and other factors are also similar if you have a favourite in this I would say you can go to that college but if you are looking for suggestions then DTU for their higher ranking that to be very slight.

While deciding between colleges within the same bracket or similar reputation, location and branch plays a pivotal role in narrowing down your choices. If you are getting the same branch in COEP and NSIT, then you can choose any one which is close to your home. COEP has got a pretty good reputation and so does NSIT. In terms of city, Pune is much cleaner and safe for girls as compared to Delhi. But the fact that Delhi has got better engineering colleges which are competing with NSIT like DTU, IIIT D offsets the city advantage that Pune has over Delhi. Both these regional colleges have skewed quota towards the in-state students. (NSIT-8
