NIMAS is a government institution, but NIPS and New Media are private organizations.As a result, NIPS and New Media have much higher tuition fees and overall costs of attendance than NIMAS.Annual fees for Diploma programs at NIPS and New Media can vary from 50,000 to 1 lakh, while degree programs can cost between 1.5-3 lakhs. NIPS and New Media College have their own admission criteria and may accept entrance exam scores from various sources. However, as per resources, there is no such exam mentioned as the admissions are made on the basis of class 12th marks only.

No, NIPS and New Media does not offer B.tech program and admission in B.Tech program on class 12th basis as it is based on many factors.
Admission factors:
Entrance exams: To get admission in B. tech courses it require entrance exams like JEE Mains, SAT, or others for B.Tech admissions, Class 12th scores is not that much important but entrance exam is important.

New Media (IIJNM) and NIPS doesn't offer MVSC (Master of Veterinary Science) programs. They only offer courses in journalism and new media courses.
