In Germany, there are lots of requirements to get admission in any university. New Zealand is better than Germany. Also Germany is very expensive country. But, you have interested in technologies then German is perfect, because Germany's technologies are one of the best in the world.

Well, both are costly, but New Zealand is better than Australia.

If you want to study in New Zealand is your choice, weigh all pros and cons, decide what you want to study, check the admission requirements, the budget, language barrier, climate etc. and decide. Prepare and apply accordingly. New Zealand is a popular study abroad destination and affordable as well. Don't worry about the PR yet, concentrate on obtaining an academic qualification first.

It mainly depends on the B-school and affordability for the student. So, check the QS world ranking for best MBA schools and decide. My suggestion is Singapore, Canada and then New Zealand.

You can still have a chance through ESL or bridge courses in English offered by the colleges, you need to be accepted into a program before you start one of these bridge courses. If you can get into one of the most reputed institutions like IIMs, etc., in my opinion, India is a better place for MBA education as compared to New Zealand.

By far USA, home to MIT, Caltech etc. But for job opportunities and PR USA is very tough and competitive. You must excel in all fields. In that case Australia can be another option.
