Hello Narendar, it is a difficult question to answer as countries in the west have ample flexibility for differently abled. Irrespective of the abilities you must meet admission requirements, universities have special schemes for students like you and you need to contact them.via mail or phone. Part time jobs are also allowed in almost every country I know of. The cost of study will vary according to the country, university and program of study.

Dear Shubham,
Cost wise & duration UK would be the most economical as all Masters by coursework are of 1-year duration and total cost would be within 20 lac rupees in most good Universities, flip side is you cannot stay back once you have finished unless you have a job offer before completion for a minimum salary of i think 30,000 GBP. USA cost wise is much more and employment for a general MBA would not be very good, stay back is also more difficult. NZ on the other hand cost-wise is more economical than the USA and you can even do a one year PG diploma in Management which will qualify you for a 1-year post study work visa, you can als

The Universtiy of Auckland is ranked the highest followed by Massey University, University of Canterbury, Otago & Victoria University of Wellington.

You can apply for Level 7 management diploma program . It is easy as only two days classes in a week. on completion you will be given one year work search visa. on getting a job you will be given two year work permit and on getting this you will be eligible to apply for PR

NewZealand gives you very good stay back option. As you have mentioned that you are looking for Mtech. it is Level 9 program and it will cost you around 23 to 25 lakhs tuition fees plus living expenses.You can take up any Level 7 degree level diploma program. it is one year student visa and it will cost you only 7.5 lakhs tuition fees plus living expenses. once you finish this you will be given one year work search visa. on getting a job you will be given 2 yrs work visa. on getting this visa you are eligible to get PR and settle down.
