Overall per student average compensation package for all campuses together equals approx. Rs. 6.75 lakhs per annum, so far. In addition significant number of companies include allowances / accommodation / site allowances / reimbursements / variable pay / transportation in their offers. The value of these perquisites is not included in the average compensation package calculation.

Yes, it is beneficial for an Architect to do real estate and urban infrastructure management course offered by NICMAR. Understanding of Real estate markets is crucial for development or suggestions to government, also with the rising populations and ever increasing demand on infrastructure it is very important to understand the urban infrastructure management where architect plays a pivotal role.
