You have completed post graduation degree in advance construction management so you are eligible for Ph.D course but you must have a valid UGC NET score.
NET stands for National Eligibility Test. The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.
There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

Salary depends on the prior work experience, field, type of profile and company. The courses itself is not an apple to apple comparison hence to evaluate the packages is not the right way. However, it highly depends on the specialization.

Hi,
If you get into a top ranked Canadian university such as McGill, University of Toronto, UBC, etc. go ahead with it and gain international exposure and better innovative curriculum. If not then NICMAR is a better choice.

PGPACM is a two year course with several subjects from basic management, project management and construction management and several electives. I do not think it is in the best interest of the institution to disclose the syllabus. They usually hand the list of subjects to you after you clear the exam and you've gotten admission.
