ACM or PM both have a lot of opportunities. Students from NICMAR have been placed in very reputed companies once they complete there degrees. So I would suggest you to join PM.

Ranking and placement packages are dependent upon the market situations and other economic factors.
My recommendation is to join the college for the reputation it has in training and preparing the students. Several well-accomplished alumni have stated that the college curriculum is sufficient to help work your way through.
Therefore, the call is yours ultimately, but in my opinion, the college is doing a good job, irrespective of the ranking it gets per year.

Ease of entry depends upon how well you perform. The answer may be cliche but that is the way to go.It is a matter of perspective.Just be prepared for anything.

Neither of them will be required.Don't worry you will have to perform well in the written test. Your scores can be mentioned in the personal interview

each institution has a specific set of branches which cater to different profiles in the industry

You would need to work on 10th grade and 12th grade math, general aptitude and your basics of civil engineering, predominately concrete technology, and any two subjects that you feel you're comfortable in,

It is more or less same, so you can choose any one of them. You can get decent salary package after the completion of PG from NICMAR (as per country standard), but if you opt for MS in the USA, Canada or Australia, then it will give you fruitful results.
